The Choï label joined Because Group in 2008. Created by Vincent Carpentier, the label is the fruit of the multiple talents of this free radical, who plays the role of publisher, producer and manager according to needs of his current signings. As a result, he played a part in the national and international success of Thomas Dutronc, Henri Salvador and David Guetta.
Choï produces quality mainstream music, and co-produced Claire Keim’s album in 2010, with Universal Mercury. With EMI, the label was also behind the Franck Langolff tribute album, which included Vanessa Paradis amongst the singers. They also produced the theme tune to the Adèle Blansec film by Luc Besson.
Choï manages artists such as Amandine Bourgeois, winner of the 2008 Nouvelle Star, (the French equivalent of The X Factor), and Thomas Dutronc, with whom they share their considerable expertise, notably in terms of endorsement activities and synchronisation (Audi, La Redoute, Ralph Lauren).
